Come and join the players

The Players have been providing live drama in Guilden Sutton for  30 years. 

We stage two productions each year in May and November in Guilden Sutton Village Hall.

Players...........

Whether you are an experienced thespian or a new comer with a yearning to tread the boards for the first time there all are welcome.

Rehearsals are on a Sunday and Wednesday evening during the 3 months leading up to each production.

Set Building..........

During the week of performance our theatre miraculously appears from the loft transforming the village hall into an atmospheric studio theatre.

In one frenetic weekend before each production the tiered seating is constructed, the stage & set built and the curtains and lighting rigged.

Whether you are a skilled joiner or just happy with a paint brush in hand there's plenty to do.
